Peyton’s primary goal as an attachment-based therapist is to establish a safe, respectful, and trusting environment for clients to explore themselves and make positive changes in their lives.
My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process unresolved trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to connect with the parts of you that formed in response to emotional pain. We might work with the perfectionist who always feels behind, the inner critic who keeps you striving, or the younger part who still aches.
Therapy with me is a compassionate, non-pathologizing space to explore the parts of you shaped by your past experiences, pain, and resilience. If you often feel too sensitive, overwhelmed, or like everyone else got the manual for life and you didn’t, you’re not broken. You adapted. Healing is possible. If this resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Peyton is trained in EMDR, Peyton is currently completing training in Trauma of Money and Internal Family Systems Institute Level 1 Training.
Peyton is based in Dallas, TX. When not counseling, Peyton finds joy in reading, exploring coffee shops, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors.
